Guided EMDR Coaching:

After 10 days of cerebellum exercises, you have the flexibility to choose when to purchase guided EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) sessions with a trained Zing Coach - there’s no fixed schedule.

We recommend starting with a guided session to help you get familiar with how the process works, with the support of an experienced coach. However, it’s entirely up to you, many users choose to navigate the experience on their own using the in-app Self-EMDR option.

Whatever path you take, we’re here to assist you whenever you need support.

Program Coaches: Throughout your journey, a dedicated Zing coach will be available to monitor your progress, discuss your experiences, and answer any questions you may have, so you feel supported every step of the way.
